The Firm has long been active in the field of study and research in the areas of specialisation, with particular regard to insolvency law and corporate restructuring. In particular, the specialisation acquired allowed the founding partner Marco Scicolone, together with well-known magistrates and other professionals, to produce editorial works on bankruptcy law, as well as to participate as a speaker in seminars and conferences on the many recent reforms of corporate and bankruptcy law.

Mr. Scicolone is a speaker at conferences and specialisation courses on business restructuring and insolvency procedures, including, among others, speeches at the Associazione Giuridica Fabrianese Carlo Galli in Fabriano on 30 May 2014 on the subject of "Il concordato preventivo: le problematiche dei rapporti contrattuali pendenti", the specialisation course held in Milan on 27 November 2015 on the subject of "Il nuovo concordato preventivo: lineamenti generali e le novità introdotte dal d. l. 83/2015", participation in a specialisation course held in Milan on 27 November 2015 on the subject of "Il nuovo concordato preventivo: lineamenti generali e le novità introdotte dal d. l. 83/2015". l. 83/2015", the participation, as speaker at the session of 9 April 2019, at the Advanced Training Course for Bankruptcy Administrators and Judicial Commissioners organised at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza, as well as the conference organised in Milan on 27 June 2019 by the Centro Studi Borgogna concerning "Le novità degli accordi in esecuzione dei piani attestati e degli accordi di ristrutturazione nel D. Lgs. n. 14/2019".

In January 2021, Mr. Scicolone was a lecturer at the Master of Business Lawyers organized by MeliusForm Business School on the reform of insolvency procedures introduced by the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency.

Mr. Scicolone is among the attorneys recommended in the field of "Restructuring & Insolvency" by the international magazine WWL - Who's Who Legal for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021, as well as a partner selected by "Il sole 24 Ore" in the field of business crisis and corporate law.

The Firm participated in some of the most important corporate restructuring and recovery transactions in recent years, and counts among its clients some of the leading investment funds and national and international operators in the UTP and NPL sector.
